Orders are shipped from warehouses in Richmond BC,
Mississauga ON or Calgary AB depending
on proximity and availability. Most orders are delivered within 1 to
3 business days of being
placed.
We will notify you within 24 hours if
items you ordered are out-of-stock.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped regular UPS ground.
Expedited shipping options and quotes are available at checkout.
Orders shipped from multiple warehouses may incur additional shipping
charges.
Orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse.

Returns
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking
fee.
Altered garments are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by Blank Shirts.
Returns without a RA # will be refused.
Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt.
Item must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for credits to be processed.
Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to a 15%
restocking fee.
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
Backorders
No backorders.
If an item is unavailable it will be removed from the order, and you will
be notified.
