What are the qualifications to be a reseller?
Orders must be placed by a merchant or a representative of a merchant engaged in the business of selling apparel.  Orders shipped to British Columbia addresses must be submitted along with a valid Provincial sales tax exemption certificate or PST number to avoid sales tax being charged.
 
How can I rush my order?
Expedited shipping options and quotes are available at checkout.
 
How soon can I have an order?
In stock orders placed before 11:00PM PST will be shipped the same day via UPS ground unless otherwise specified.  Larger orders may be shipped by truck.  Most orders are delivered 1 to 3 business days after being placed.
 
How can I check the status of my order?
Email us at sales@blankshirts.ca with an order status request or give our customer service department a call at (604) 288-8383.  Be sure to provide us with your order number.
 
What is base price?
Base price is the lowest possible price per item.  For more details on how base price  is calculated follow this link: Base Price Details
 
Why doesn't the catalog include a pricelist?
Due to fluctuations in manufacturers costs and our competitive pricing, prices sometimes change before the pricelist is printed.
 
Are your shirts first quality?
Yes our shirts are first quality.  We do not carry irregulars or seconds.  We get this question frequently because our prices are so low.
 
Do you carry irregulars or seconds?
We do not carry irregulars or seconds.  If you should find a blemished item in your order, we will replace it for free if you notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
 
Do you accept purchase orders?
Purchase orders are accepted from schools and government only.  Orders must be shipped directly to the school or government office.  Formal purchase orders must be faxed to (604) 608-9269 before shipment.  Purchase orders must be paid within 30 days of invoice date.
 
Do you take checks by phone?
We do not accept checks by phone.
 
Do you ship COD?
We do not ship orders COD.
 
Do you accept orders from outside Canada?

We do not have a minimum order, however the minimum shipping and handling charge is $12.45
 
 How do I exchange an order?
We do not accept exchanges.  You can return items within 30 days of receipt, and then place a new order for items that you would like the returned items to be replaced with..
 
What is combed cotton?
Combed cotton goes through a process which aligns all fibers parallel and eliminates short fibers which makes the material stronger and softer.
